Quality and environmental policy
ALINATUR PETFOOD, S.L., a company dedicated to the manufacture of pet food, seeks to provide quality, legal and authentic products that meet the needs of our customers, complying with the requirements they specify, while striving to respect environmental protection and food safety.
This Quality and Environmental Policy is pursued through the following general lines of action:
- The products manufactured meet the requirements specified by customers, prioritising the food safety of pets and ensuring product safety.
- Integrating employees so that they carry out their work fully involved in the activities and in achieving the objectives set at Alinatur, promoting values, beliefs and standards throughout the organisation to achieve thinking and behaviour aligned with a positive food safety culture.
- Making the production process more natural, using products that are as natural, healthy and environmentally friendly as possible, committing to the continuous improvement of the system and to respect for the environment.
- Establishing actions and programmes aimed at preventing non-conformities and environmental incidents/accidents, seeking the commitment of all employees to the quality of the product offered to our Customers and to the sustainable use of resources.
- Seeking to build mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers, choosing the most suitable ones and complying with legal requirements or any other requirements to which the organisation subscribes. Implementing the necessary measures to prevent food fraud and maintaining the “food defense” policy to ensure food safety. And establishing appropriate communication with all stakeholders to ensure the supply of the information necessary and sufficient to maintain food safety.
- Ensuring that this Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Policy serves as the framework for developing measurable Objectives consistent with it, which are established at the relevant functions and levels of ALINATUR PETFOOD, S.L.
We reiterate our commitment to implementing this policy, and to this end have established a Quality, Environmental and Food Safety Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001 and IFS Food standards.
